Artículo primero La distribución de los recursos del Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario que maneja la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero en virtud del contrato de fideicomiso celebrado con la misma se hará con; la aprobación del Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo Superior de Agricultura; de conformidad con los planes que anualmente le someta el Ministro de Apicultura, previa evaluación de los programas que elaboren las entidades especializadas del sector agropecuario, dedicadas al incremento de las materias primas agrícolas o pecuarias.
