º . Límite a las posiciones abiertas con derivados. La sumatoria de las exposiciones crediticias de las operaciones con derivados que generen posiciones abiertas, no podrán superar el veinticinco por ciento (25%) del patrimonio técnico del establecimiento de crédito. La Superintendencia Bancaria, en casos previa y debidamente sustentados podrá autorizar un límite diferente. Para determinar el límite aquí previsto, se deberá utilizar los últimos estados financieros reportados a la Superintendencia Bancaria.
