Articulo 2° En los Círculos Notariales en los cuales, por falta de suministro de los elementos materiales necesarios no pueda implantarse e1 nuevo sistema en las fechas previstas en el artículo anterior, previa autorización de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro podrá continuarse efectuando temporalmente el registro en los libros en que actualmente se lleva a cabo.
