Art. 69. El Presidente abrirá la audiencia, que será pública, y la presidirá; y después de haber jurado cumplir con sus deberes, exigirá de todos los demás miembros del Jurado el siguiente juramento: ¿Juráis por Dios y vuestro honor cumplir fielmente vuestros deberes "Los Jurados responderán" "Sí juramos". El Presidente añadirá: "Si así lo hiciereis, Dios os premio; y si no, os lo demande".
