amends ley 38/89

El literal b) del artículo 22 de la Ley 38 de 1989, quedará así:

"b) Recursos de Capital: Todos los recursos del crédito externo e interno con vencimiento mayor de un año, los recursos del balance, el diferencial cambiario, los rendimientos por operaciones financieras y donaciones".
