° Créase el puesto de Bibliotecario del Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio, con las funciones de formar el índice de los libros que componen la Biblioteca Agrícola, y de cuidar y conservar bajo su responsabilidad todos los libros, folletos y documentos que la componen, los cuales serán facilitados al público, de conformidad con el reglamento especial que se dicte por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Comercio para ese servicio.
