El Gobierno Nacional queda facultado para compilar, mediante decreto, el Decreto-ley 353 de 1994, la Ley 973 de 2005 , el Decreto 3830 de 2006, el artículo 3° de la Ley 1114 de 2006 y las disposiciones de la presente ley, sin que ello implique modificación alguna de las normas antes citadas.
