Para los efectos de que trata el artículo 68 de la Ley 49 de 1990, el subsidio familiar de vivienda que otorguen las Cajas de Compensación Familiar se regirá por lo dispuesto en la Ley 03 de 1.991 y sus decretos reglamentarios.
