La Dirección General de Aduanas en la medida que lo considere conveniente y las circunstancias así lo aconsejen, expedirá instrucciones aduaneras que resulten complementarias para el debido cumplimiento y ejecución de lo previsto en el presente Decreto y en general para el cabal desarrollo de los objetivos de la Decisión 56 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena.
