Con base en la suma de $ 40.000, depositada en la Tesorería General de la república por la Pan American Grace Airways Inc., en virtud del contrato celebrado entre el Gobierno Nacional y la expresada Compañía, de fecha 5 de abril de 1940, ábrase el siguiente crédito al Presupuesto extraordinario de la vigencia fiscal en curso: MINISTERIO DE GUERRA Presupuesto extraordinario. CAPITULO 97 bis. Artículo 1598-U. Para atender a los gastos que demande el establecimiento de un aeródromo en la Isla del Morro, frente al puerto de Tumaco$40.000.00
