Los condenados cuya inocencia se hubiere reconocido, tendrán derecho después de la revisión para intentar acción por Jos daños y perjuicios sufridos, contra los denunciantes, testigos falsos, Juez ó Magistrados, por culpa de los cuales se haya verificado la condenación. Los juicios sobre las indemnizaciones á que se refiere este artículo se surtirán ante las autoridades civiles.
