Régimen de transición . Los asuntos que requieran reglamentación o desarrollo administrativo, por expresa disposición del presente decreto ley, serán aplicables una vez se expida el correspondiente decreto reglamentario o las resoluciones, según corresponda. Entre tanto, dichos asuntos se regularán por las normas vigentes antes de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto ley.
