Article 50

Antes De Vencerse El Término Inicial De Exploración O El De Su Prórroga Si La Hubiere, El Interesado Presentará Al Ministerio De Minas Y Energía Los Siguientes Informes: 1

Decreto 2477 de 1986 · por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 60 de 1967, 20 de 1969 y 61 de 1979 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Antes de vencerse el término inicial de exploración o el de su prórroga si la hubiere, el interesado presentará al Ministerio de Minas y Energía los siguientes informes

Amojonamiento del área que deberá cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 51 de este Decreto.

Informe final de exploración.

Declaración de efecto ambiental o estudio ecológico y ambiental. Lo anterior, de acuerdo con las guías de términos de referencia que expida para tales fines la Dirección General de Minas, o la dependencia que haga sus veces.
