ARTICULO 1.5.1.3.2 . INFORMACION FINANCIERA. Con excepción de los intermediarios de seguros, las entidades sometidas al control y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria, de acuerdo con el artículo 97 de la ley 45 de 1990, expresarán obligatoriamente el resultado económico de sus empresas y de una vigencia determinada en términos de utilidad o pérdida que reciba cada una de las acciones suscritas. Lo anterior no prohibe que adicionalmente este resultado sea expresado en términos absolutos, si así lo acepta la asamblea de accionistas.
