Plan de Contingencia para el Manejo de Derrames Hidrocarburos o Sustancias Nocivas . Los usuarios que exploren, exploten, manufacturen, refinen, transformen, procesen, transporten o almacenen hidrocarburos o sustancias nocivas para la salud y para los recursos hidrobiológicos, deberán estar provistos de un plan de contingencia y control de derrames, el cual deberá contar con la aprobación de la autoridad ambiental competente.
