Por el año gravable de 1989, la tasa de interés para determinar el rendimiento mínimo anual de todo préstamo en dinero, cualquiera que sea su naturaleza o denominación que otorguen las sociedades a sus socios o accionistas, será del 22.37%, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 20 de la Ley 09 de 1983 y 16 del Decreto 353 de 1984.
