Ningún funcionario o trabajador del Instituto podrá revelar a extraños las operaciones, planes e iniciativas del mismo, sin previa autorización de la Junta Directiva o del Gerente. La infracción a esta prohibición acarreará la pérdida del cargo, declarada por la persona o entidad que haya hecho la designación, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones a que haya lugar.
