La audiencia se deberá realizar no antes de diez días, contados a partir de la notificación de la decisión que la ordena, ni quince días después. Durante este término el expediente permanecerá en la Secretaría de la Procuraduría Auxiliar para Asuntos Disciplinarios, a disposición de los sujetos procesales.
