El que introduzca a la República, para traficar con ellos, o ponga de otro modo en circulación productos de cualquier industria con nombres, señales, marcas o signos distintivos falsificados o alterados, o destinados a engañar al comprador sobre el origen o la calidad del producto, será castigado con reclusión por veinte días a diez y ocho meses, y multa de diez a quinientos pesos.
