Documento Equivalente En Loterías, Rifas Y Apuestas

°. Documento equivalente en loterías, rifas y apuestas. En la venta de loterías, rifas y apuestas efectuadas al público, constituye documento equivalente la boleta, fracción o formulario. El documento equivalente deberá contener como mínimo los siguientes requisitos

a)

Nombre o razón social de la empresa responsable del sorteo;

b)

Fecha de realización del sorteo;

c)

Valor de la fracción, boleta o apuesta.
