Artículo cuarto. Los accionistas, durante el término que tienen para ejercer el derecho de inspección y vigilancia consagrados en los artículos 586 del Código de Comercio y 132 del Decreto 2521 de 1950, podrán solicitar de la empresa explicaciones o ampliaciones de los documentos que hayan sido presentados para su examen.
