Artículo séptimo. Los estudiantes que procedan de planteles educativos que solo ispongan de licencia de funcionamiento, legalizarán su situación mediante exámenes de admisión que podrán presentarse en los planteles a donde vayan a ingresar, siempre y cuando éstos tengan aprobación oficial.
