Las "Clases Técnicas de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana" tienen derecho a sueldo de retiro a los doce años de servicio con un cuarenta y cinco por ciento (45%) del sueldo que devenguen al tiempo de su retiro.

Parágrafo

Este porcentaje se aumentará en un cuatro por ciento (4%) del sueldo que devengue la clase tescnica en el momento del retiro por cada año adicional de servicio o fracción mayor de seis (6) meses, a los antes señalados, sin exceder del ciento por ciento del sueldo respectivo.
