: Objeto. La presente ley tiene por objeto promover la adecuación y mejoramiento de la infraestructura, dotación y construcción de los parques públicos, espacios de recreación públicos o privados con miras a garantizar la accesibilidad de las niñas, niños y adolescentes con discapacidad, como herramienta para estimular su desarrollo físico, psicológico y emocional.
