Cuando ocurriere el caso y fuere comprobado, el Administrador de la Aduana puede decretar la suspensión del empleado responsable, dando inmediatamente cuanta por telegrafío de la falta cometida y de la pena impuesta, al Ministerio de Hacienda, para que éste confirme, reforme o revoque la resolución respectiva.
