ARTICULO 468 . Informes a la Cámara . Cuando en la investigación de algún delito la autoridad judicial advierta la intervención de alguno de los servidores públicos que deban ser juzgados por el Senado, pasará inmediatamente la actuación a la Cámara de Representantes, para que ésta decida si es o no del caso formular acusación.
