Ley 76 de 1961 · Por la cual se crea una Normal Rural para Señoritas en el Departamento del Magdalena y se dictan otras disposiciones

Autorízase al Ministerio de Educación para incluir en los Presupuestos Nacionales de las próximas vigencias las partidas indispensables para la construcción del edificio, la dotación y sostenimiento de dicho plantel, tomando de la partida global que para la construcción de Normales corresponde a este Ministerio, en dichas vigencias.

En caso de que no se hiciere así, facúltase al Gobierno para hacer los traslados presupuéstales o abrir los créditos necesarios a fin de dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
