El ejercicio de las funciones del Ministerio del Interior de que trata la presente ley, se hará gradualmente, en la medida en que se desarrolle su nueva estructura orgánica y se dicten las providencias pertinentes de incorporación de los servidores públicos a la planta de personal que adopte el Gobierno Nacional, al efecto.
