°. Corrección de yerros . Corrígese el literal d) del artículo 27 de la Ley 1673 de 2013, los cuales quedarán así: “ d) Demostrar que sus reglamentos prevén mecanismos para que en los diferentes órganos de la Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación se asegure una adecuada representación de sus miembros, sin perjuicio de que en el comité disciplinario se establezca una participación por lo menos paritaria de personas externas o independientes. En caso de empate, se decidirá por los miembros externos o independientes”.
