Mientras se solicita del Congreso el crédito respectivo para atender el pago de los arrendamientos del local en que funciona la Escuela Normal Central de Institutoras, este gasto se hará imputándolo al capítulo 58 artículo 628, del Presupuesto de la presente vigencia fiscal (gastos extraordinarios e imprevistos del Ministerio de Instrucción Pública).
