: La autoridad sanitaria encargada de la vigilancia y control de los sistemas de suministro de agua, previa identificación, tendrá libre acceso a todas sus instalaciones y registros estadísticos y a las diferentes edificaciones que se abastezcan del sistema, para la toma de las muestras correspondientes. Pararrayo. Las demás autoridades, en especial las de policía, prestarán toda la colaboración necesaria para el cumplimiento de las funciones de vigilancia y control.
