El que con el propósito de menoscabar la integridad de la República, de someterla en todo o en parte al dominio extranjero, de afectar su naturaleza de Estado Soberano o de fraccionar la Unidad Nacional, lleve a cabo actos que tiendan directamente a esos fines, será sancionado con presidio de veinte a veinticuatro años.
