Las operaciones de crédito externo que a la fecha de esta Ley hubieren iniciado su tramitación, según las normas de la Ley 25 de 1980 , podrán continuarla de conformidad con las disposiciones aquí contenidas, para lo cual los requisitos semejantes que éstas exijan y que se encontraren ya cumplidos, se entenderán válidas para todos sus efectos legales.
