Artículo único. El poder Ejecutivo, tan pronto como la presente lei sea sancionada, espedirá títulos de propiedad de tierras baldías en favor del señor Guillermo Pereira G., i por cantidad igual a la de las que éste cedió en favor de los pobladores de la villa de Pereira, en el Municipio de Quindío, del Estado soberano del Cauca.
