° En atención a la autorización conferida por la Ley 40 de 1930, que ordena sostener doce becas a favor de jóvenes nativos de las islas de San Andrés y Providencia, destínanse siete de estas becas para jóvenes varones que hagan sus estudios en la Universidad de Cartagena o en la Escuela Normal de Institutores de la misma ciudad, y cinco becas para señoritas, que cursen en el Colegio de la Sagrada Familia, de San Andrés.
