amends decreto 2331/98

El inciso 2. del artículo 11 del Decreto 2331 de 1998, quedará así:

Las condiciones de los créditos que se otorguen con cargo a la línea serán establecidas por la junta directiva del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras y, en todo caso, tendrán un plazo máximo igual al que falte para la cancelación del crédito hipotecario contratado con el establecimiento de crédito y su amortización se efectuará en las mismas condiciones en que deba cancelarse la obligación con la respectiva entidad financiera.
