° Los estudiantes que finalicen el cuarto año del plan fijado por el presente Decreto, podrán recibir el título de Experto Industrial, en las siguientes ramas Mecánica, Electricidad, Dibujo, Motores, Fundición, Forja y Plomería Metalistería, Carpintería y Ebanistería. Los que terminen dicho plan, optarán el título de Bachiller Técnico Industrial, el cual dará derecho para el ingreso a la Facultades de Ingeniería Comuníquese y publíquese.
