La Nación rinde homenaje de admiración y gratitud al Externado Nacional Camilo Torres de Bogotá, por haber celebrado sus bodas de plata el 5 de octubre de 1963. Con tal motivo, destínase la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00), para la reconstrucción de las edificaciones en donde actualmente funciona el mencionado establecimiento y para ampliar su capacidad mediante la construcción de nuevas aulas.

Parágrafo

Este auxilio será pagado directamente al Habilitado Pagador del Externado Nacional Camilo Torres, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la Contraloría General de la República.
