Terminación de la vinculación . La supresión de los empleos o cargos como consecuencia del proceso de liquidación de Cajanal S.A., EPS en Liquidación, dará lugar a la terminación del vínculo legal y reglamentario o contractual, según el caso, de los servidores públicos de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes.
