Articulo 21. El periodo de los miembros del Consejo Técnico Nacional de Ganadería, designados por elección, será de dos anos, a partir de la fecha de la misma, y cuando se trate de personas que no residan en la capital de la República, el Gobierno proveerá a sus gastos de transporte cuantas veces sean convocados.
