La vigencia de un seguro que cubra la responsabilidad civil por daños a terceros ocasionados con él, es requisito indispensable para la concesión y la conservación de la licencia de tránsito. El Gobierno reglamentará la naturaleza, cuantía y prestación del seguro y la vigencia de esta disposición.
