El pago de las cantidades decretadas, se hará en las Administraciones de Hacienda Nacional de la Intendencia del Chocó, de Cali, de Manizales y de Tunja, en la forma que lo determine el Gobierno. Dichas cantidades se consideraran incluidas en el Presupuesto de gastos vigente.
