Decreto 1375 de 2013 · por el cual se reglamentan las colecciones biológicas.

°. Ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto aplica a las personas naturales o jurídicas titulares de las colecciones biológicas.

Parágrafo 1

Los zoológicos, acuarios y jardines botánicos atenderán lo dispuesto por la normatividad vigente sobre la materia. En el caso que dichos establecimientos cuenten con colecciones biológicas, estas se regirán por lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.

Parágrafo 2

Las disposiciones contenidas en el presente decreto se aplican sin perjuicio de las normas vigentes sobre bioseguridad, salud pública, sanidad animal y vegetal
