º. El Gobernador o Alcalde, en coordinación con el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, dispondrá la evacuación de aquellas personas o familias ubicadas en lugares donde se adelanten operaciones militares tendientes a reestablecer el orden público o se prevea que se van a presentar. Así mismo, el Gobernador o Alcalde adoptará las medidas provisionales necesarias, tanto para asegurar la adecuada ubicación de los evacuados, como para garantizar los elementos necesarios para su subsistencia.
