De los tipos de aplicación. En aplicación de plaguicidas se consideran las formas aérea y terrestre para los diferentes ámbitos: agrícolas, pecuarios, edificaciones, área pública, productos (alimentos, maderas, cueros u otros) y vehículos, para los cuales deberán tenerse en cuenta y cumplirse las disposiciones establecidas por el Ministerio de Salud, Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente y demás organismos del Estado en sus respectivos campos de competencia.
