La suma de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00), a que se refiere el artículo 2° de esta Ley, se entregará por conducto del Gobierno Intendencial a una Junta integrada por el Intendente, el Vicario Apostólico, el Presidente del Consejo y dos vecinos designados por el Gobierno Nacional. Esta Junta rendirá las cuentas de acuerdo con normas que dicte la Contraloría General de la República. Si las sumas a que se refiere la presente Ley no fueren incluidas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, se faculta al Gobierno para financiarlas.
