El que, aun teniendo permiso para llevar consigo armas de fuego, las dé a guardar o permita que las use o maneje cualquier otra persona que carezca del discernimiento bastante para hacerlo, o las deje descuidadas de modo que vayan a poder de ellas, o las lleve cargadas a un lugar de reunión o concurso, será castigado con multa de cinco a veinte pesos.
