El Gobierno procederá a contratar los servicios de tres ingenieros y un abogado de indiscutible competencia, para que dentro de un plazo razonable hagan el estudio completo geológico y jurídico de las propiedades mineras y de superficie, pertenecientes a la Republica, y conocidas con el nombre genérico de Minas de Supia y Marmato, ubicada en el Departamento de Caldas.
