Prestaciones sociales en situaciones especiales. Las prestaciones sociales de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones especiales a que se refieren los artículos 85 y 91 de este Decreto, serán las correspondientes al grado respectivo y se liquidarán y pagarán sobre la base de los haberes que devengarían si se encontrarán en guarnición en la ciudad de Bogotá.
