Art. 10. Los viáticos para asistir á los sesiones ordinarias se abonarán 50 días antes del día señalado en la Constitucion para abrir dichas sesiones; y los que deban darse para asistir á sesiones extraordinarias, 30 días ántes del designado para celebrarlas. Estos últimos se abonarán á laos miembros del Congreso desde el lugar donde reciban el aviso de convocatoria: y en caso de duda, desde aquél en estén domiciliados.
